We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location, with tracking information provided via email.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Simply contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all Druids products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this timeframe, our warehouse begins processing and we may not be able to stop the shipment.
